had told my wife about the nice food at 1 of the botak jones outlet, and ever since, she have been pestering me when i wanna bring her to try the food there.
so yesterday, after running some errants, i decided to bring her to 1 of the BJ outlet in ang mo kio, we reached there about 7pm.
and the kopi shop was packed, and from 1 look of it, almost 90% of the patron sitting there eating, are BJ customers. sp we waited awhile before we could grab hold of a seat when a group of people left.
looking at the long Q infront the BK store, my wife give up the idea of ordering from them, and instead, we order satay. while waiting for our food, we observe the rest of the other stall, like the mee stall, and chap chai stall, from the pic, ya can see the big difference in business. everyone come here for BJ food.
and at the same time, you see quite a few dedicated BJ part time helpers, taking orders, sending food, collecting dishes. i guess to bring my wife again, i will need to come at the off peak period. wat i can say is, Mr Jones has done well.
