with the Integrated Resort construction in progress, Singapore government have already looking into the "gambling issues/problems" that could be arising when all the casino is in operation.
there are bound to have gamblers's problem, whenever there's casino, but how are the government going to step in to assist or prevent all these problems?
i guess the only and the simplest way is by self control, as no body can stop you from borrowing $$ to carry on gambling etc.
i happen to see this from a mate in OZ, i think this is a very good advice, thus i decided to put it up here --> 'Dont bet what you cant afford to lose'
if you can follow this closely, you will be fine.
